How create custom clothes work?
You can make your custom cloth by selecting style and creating/uploading your design which you want to print on your cloth, once finalized you can order the same through MakeMyFab and we will deliver to you at utmost satisfaction. For any help while creating your custom clothes, please contact our customer support through Contact page on our website.
What happens to my custom design after my order?
Once you order your custom design cloth you have choice to keep your design available for others to use it or you can keep it restricted. Your design will be registered on your name and account.
Can I earn through my designs?
Of course! If you make your design available for others then you will get 50 points on each cloth every time your design is used and order is delivered on same. Each point is worth INR 1, which you can use for shopping at our Shop section or you can ask us to get direct cash benefit to your account.
So start creating your custom design clothes and promote the same through your social networking to earn. Remember creativity pays so be creative and start designing.
Can I shop through MakeMyFab?

Can I cancel my order for some reason?
Yes, please go through our “Cancellations” policy for details.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a INR 100 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Can I return order after delivery?
Yes, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return your order. Please go through our “Return & Refund” policy for details.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I get my shipment after my order is processed?
We have complete process for shipping orders; please go through our “Shipping” policy for details.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within ten business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
I have trouble paying with credit card. Once I enter my details it does not process, what do I do?
Please empty cache and clear cookies in your browser, start designing again and this time the process will go through.
Do you have your own factory facility?
Yes, we do have our own factory and rich experience in clothing as we deliver more than 5000 hosiery pieces per month.
What are your terms and conditions?
I’d like to purchase uniforms for my company, are you able to provide such services?
Yes, we cater to clothing need of corporate like staff clothes and also provide custom clothes for any occasion like Team Building, Award Ceremony, Sports day etc.
Do you take clothes order for college or school fest?
Yes, you can make your creative designer clothes at Create Custom Clothes section and order the same in bulk as per your need.
